Founder and Managing Partner at Condere, Paulo is responsible for mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory. He carried out over 50 transactions, mainly in the health, energy and food & beverage sectors, primarily for family-run businesses, publicly traded company and multinational organizations in Brazil, USA and Argentina.
He is a Partner at Global M&A in Brazil, a member of its international expansion committee, and leader of its operations in the Americas.
He was a senior executive at JP Morgan Chase and Banco Patrimônio/Salomon Brothers. In these organizations, he was responsible for long-term funding, jointventure structuring and agreements with banks and insurance companies.
He is a Board Member certified by IBGC. Paulo holds an MBA, with emphasis in strategy and corporate finance, from Fuqua Business School at Duke University
